A trip becomes confirmed only after you accept the final proposal, provide required traveller details, pay the stated amount and receive written confirmation from Erova Trips. The final proposal will identify inclusions, exclusions, payment schedule and cancellation terms.
3. Prices and availability
Unless a written quote states otherwise, website journeys are tailor-made and display no fixed public price. Accommodation, vehicles, guides, activities, taxes and transport are subject to live availability and may change before confirmation.
4. Destination information
Weather, road conditions, opening arrangements, local rules, transport schedules and access can change. We aim to keep planning content useful, but travellers should rely on the final trip documents and current official guidance for time-sensitive details.
5. Traveller responsibilities
Travellers are responsible for accurate names and details, valid identification, passports and visas where applicable, health and mobility disclosures relevant to service delivery, appropriate insurance and respectful compliance with local law and customs.
6. Intellectual property
The Erova Trips name, original copy, layout, route descriptions, graphics and code are protected to the extent allowed by law. Licensed photography remains subject to the relevant photographer and platform terms listed on the photo credits page.
7. Acceptable use
You may not misuse forms, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with site operation, submit malicious content, scrape personal data or reproduce substantial website content for a competing service.
